Procedure
Step 1 - Download the template
Step 2 - Share via email or Share it in a pen drive to EO or City Manager
Step 3 - Please state the requirements over a call or email and explain the template to EO or City Manager
Step 4 - Please give a 10 days deadline to collate and provide the information back to eGov.
Step 5 - Please validate the data received in excel
Step 6 - Once Validated, Upload the data into the application.
Data Definition
ULB Name* - Provide the Name of ULB and is a Mandatory Field. |
City Name* - Provide the City Name and is a Mandatory Field. |
Local Name* - Any Local Name given to the ULB and is a Mandatory Field. |
City Code - Provide the City Code to be sourced from LG directory for the City |
Grade* - Provide the Grade to be sourced from LG directory for the city |
District Name* - Name of the District where the city is situated and is a Mandatory Field. |
District Code - Provide the District Code to be sourced from LG directory for the city |
Region Name - Provide the Region Name to be sourced from LG directory for the city |
Region Code - Provide the Region Code to be sourced from LG directory for the city |
Latitude - Coordinates of the city |
Longitude - Coordinates of the city |
ULB Website* - URL address of the website for the state and is a mandatory field |
Contact Number* - Provide phone numbers of the contact person and is a mandatory field. |
Email Address* - Provide the email address of the city correspondence and is a mandatory field. |
Address* - Provide the postal address of the city correspondence and is a mandatory field. |
GIS Location Link - Provide the GIS Location link of the city |
Call Center No- Provide Call center number for the city |
