Data Definitions:

• Fire Station Name: Name : We need to capture the names of all of the firs station.

• Fire Station Code: Unique code given to the fire stations operating in by the state in this columnteam.

How to fill data:

1. Identify all the fire stations operating in the state.

2. Collect the names and push them into the Fire Station Name column in the table.

Validation

1. Make sure that there is uniformity in the fire station names across the template sheets.
