Introduction

The definition of a A designation is the act of pointing someone out with a name, a title or an assignment. An example of designation is someone being named president of an organization. This document will give an overview of the various short forms for the designation generally used in a state.

  • Field(s) Description :

    • Sr.No: Defines the serial no of the line item.

    • Designation Name - Nomenclature of “Designations” in English.

    • Designation Name (Local Language): Designation Name in local language. e.g. Hindi, Telugu etc.

    • Designation Code : Unique Identifier for Designation which is used as a reference for child configuration mapping.

Steps to fill data

Step1: Download the data template attached to this page.

Step2: Have it open and go through all the headers and understand the meaning given in this document under section 'Data Definition'.

Step3: Make sure all the headers, its data

This sheet shall be used to configure the HRMS module with relevant designations type, field size and its definition/ description are understood properly.

Step4: In case of any doubt, please reach out to the respective person to discuss the same and clear out the doubts.

Step5: Start filling the data starting from serial no. and complete a record at once. repeat this exercise till the entire data is filled into a template.

Step6: Verify the data once again by going through the checklist and taking care of each and every point mentioned in the checklist.

  • A “single entry” should be made against the respective column. Incase of multiple entries, continuation must be followed.
