Procedure

Data Definition(s)

  • Sr.No: Defines the serial no of the line item.

  • Property Type Code: Unique Identifier for Property Type as defined in the Property Master. This code represents the category that is being used to categorize the properties.

  • Property Type Description ( In English): Nomenclature of “Property Type” in English.

  • Status: Defines the status of a Property Type in a State/ ULB. It can be either of the following :

  • Active: Defines that a Property Type is active in a State/ ULB.

  • Unactive: Defines that a Property Type is not active in a State/ ULB

    Property Type (In Local Language): Nomenclature of “Property Type” in local language as Telugu, Hindi etc.

Steps to fill data

  • Identify the “Property Types” that exists at a ULB/ State level.

  • Collect the above information and feed it below the “Property Type Description” column accordingly.

    • The Description of Property Type must be provided as per the language specified in the respective column.

  • Add the “Property Type Code” respectively against the identified Property Type(s).

    • The format of the Property Type Code will either be predefined or can be a continuous numeric/ alphanumeric sequence as per the requirement.

    • The predefined format of the Property Type Code only must be used and not any random code.
