Procedure
Data Definition(s)
Sr.No: Defines the serial no of the line item.
Property Type Code: Unique Identifier for Property Type as defined in the Property Master. This code represents the category that is being used to categorize the properties.
Property Type Description ( In English): Nomenclature of “Property Type” in English.
Status: Defines the status of a Property Type in a State/ ULB. It can be either of the following :
Active: Defines that a Property Type is active in a State/ ULB.
Unactive: Defines that a Property Type is not active in a State/ ULB
Property Type (In Local Language): Nomenclature of “Property Type” in local language as Telugu, Hindi etc.
Steps to fill data
Identify the “Property Types” that exists at a ULB/ State level.
Collect the above information and feed it below the “Property Type Description” column accordingly.
The Description of Property Type must be provided as per the language specified in the respective column.
Add the “Property Type Code” respectively against the identified Property Type(s).
The format of the Property Type Code will either be predefined or can be a continuous numeric/ alphanumeric sequence as per the requirement.
The predefined format of the Property Type Code only must be used and not any random code.
