Construction Type Code: Unique Identifier for Construction Type as defined in the Property Master.
Construction Type Name ( In English): Nomenclature of “Construction Type” in English.

Code: This is the code of the Construction Type being defined.
Name(English) : Description of the construction type in English.
Name(Hindi) : Description of the construction type in Hindi.
Active : This column is to determine whether the defined category is active or not(TRUE/FALSE).

Local Language): Nomenclature of “Construction Type” in the local language as Telugu, Hindi etc.
Steps to fill data
Identify the “Construction Types” that exists at a ULB/ State level.
Add the “Construction Type Code” respectively.
The format of the Construction Type Code will either be predefined or can be a continuous numeric/ alphanumeric sequence as per the requirement.
The predefined format of the Property Type Code only must be used and not any random code.
Add description to the Construction Type Name, as per the required language.
Validations
All the fields with * sign are mandatory to be filled in. Without this information, the system configurations cannot be executed.
A “single entry” should be made against the respective column. Incase of multiple entries, continuation must be followed.
The “Construction Type Name” must be provided in the required language as mentioned against the respective column.
The format of the Construction Type Code must be informed to the individual/team responsible for filling in the master data.
