Data Definition
Sr. No. : Defines the serial no of the line item.
Category : To list out the components on the bill, every particular can be grouped into a category
Particulars: Each category can have multiple entries under it, ie particulars
Steps to fill this data
Get information about the bill format followed by state
Classify the components on the bill and place it under any category
Map the particulars under each category with DIGIT sample bill
Validation
This data should be collected at a State level
