State Portal is a website for the state. Any content or information which is displayed on this site needs to be provided by the State.
This document is to define a template to collect the portal content and information. And to help in filling up the content into template.

Procedure
This section consists of the information about the meaning of each and every section in the template and then how to fill the templates in a few easy steps.
Data Definition
Below table consist of standard section of any portal. The additional section as required will have to captured as part of customization.

Steps to fill data
Step 1:Download the
Step 2: Go through the data definition section in this page to know the meaning of each and every section name given in the template.
Step 3: Have the template open with you and fill the detail for each and every section name under the column ‘section content’.
Sept 4: Duly check the information filled as the content in the template once more. Make the necessary correction if needed.
Step 5: Save it with the file name prefixing state name with template name

Have it open and go through all the headers and understand the meaning given in this document under section 'Data Definition'.
Make sure all the headers, its data type, field size and its definition/ description are understood properly.
In case of any doubt, please reach out to the person who has shared this document with you to discuss the same and clear out the doubts.
Start filling the data starting from serial no. and complete a record at once. repeat this exercise till the entire data is filled into a template.
Verify the data once again by going through the checklist and taking care of each and every point mentioned in the checklist.
