Introduction

The Trade Category List can be defined as the primary (or the 1st ) level classification “head” under which for trade(s) can be defined at a ULB/State Level.

How to fill data

  1. Download the data template attached to this page.

  2. Get a good understanding of all the headers in Refer to the ‘Data Definition’ section of this document to learn more about the template sheet, their data type, size, and definitions by referring to the ‘Data Definition’ section of this document.In case of any doubt, please .

  3. Please reach out to the person who has shared this template with you to discuss and clear your doubts.

  4. Enter a unique Trade Category Code for each trade head.

  5. Identify the “Trade Categories” that exists at a ULB/ State level. Priorly, there are certain trade categories already defined as the master (Reference of Data Definitions by previous implementations). Incase any new trade categories are identified, add the same.

  6. Collect the above information and feed it below the “Trade Category Name” column accordingly. The Description of Trade Category Name must be provided as per the language specified in the respective column.

  7. Add the “Trade Category Code” respectively against the identified trade categories(sEnter the Trade Category Name. Some trade categories are already defined in the master. Add new categories as required.

  8. Enter the Trade Category Name (Local Language).
