The "due date" for filing income-tax returns for the Assessment-Year 2019-20 is 31.08.2019 for certain categories of taxpayers. Due to difficulties being faced by taxpayers, the Central Board of Direct Taxes has extended the "due date" from 31.07.2019 to 31.08.2019.

National Urban Stack (NUS) Workshop
Imphal, Manipur
A one-day regional workshop on OBPS in the North-Eastern States was held on 20 July'19 at Imphal, Manipur. The program was jointly organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and the Department of Town Planning, Government of Manipur in association with Town and Country Planning Organisation, MoHUA and National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA).
The workshop is a very important milestone in the implementation and achievement of reforms agenda under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT), a flagship mission of MoHUA.
