Water Charges are levied for metered connections based on consumption. The rate for calculation of water charges can vary varies widely and can be is dependent upon various parameters. In digit DIGIT W&S module, consumption water charges defined are based on actual consumption combined with and property usage type.

Steps to fill data

  2. Get a good understanding of all the headers in the Refer to the ‘Data Definition’ section of this document to learn more about the template sheet, their data type, size, and definitions by referring to the ‘Data Definition’ section of this document.In case of any doubt, please .

  4. Get information about charges levied for metered connection as a part of bill

  5. Get slab range and rate information for corresponding property usage type

  6. Property usage type collected from State/ULB should be mapped with DIGIT property module

  7. .

  8. Select the property type from the drop-down list available in the Property Usage Type column.

  9. Enter the Slab (water consumed) range details in the From and To Value for water consumed.

  10. Enter the Rate for the specified slab range and property type.

  11. Verify the data once again by going through the checklist and making sure that each and every point mentioned in the checklist is covered.
