User Users can make partial payments. The amount for the partial payment is fixed by the ULBsULBs need to fix the partial payment criteria from the MDMSconfigurable by the ULB.

Introduce new workflow in the system for advance balance:

• FSM_ADVANCE_PAY_SERVICE

ULBs and DSO can update trips multiple times based on which demand will be generated.

Zero-Pricing payment functionality feature for the citizens and the ULBs

User ULB can opt for zero pricing payments which is fixed by the ULBs

ULBs need to fix the zero pricing payment criteria from the MDMS

Zero pricing is set for all slums, property and sub-property type mapping-price application based on some criteria(like slum, property, sub-property, capacity etc.) which is configurable in MDMS & billing_slab table.

Introduce new workflow in the system for zero pricing:

• FSM_ZERO_PAY_SERVICE .

In case of zero-pricing, no demand will be generated and collection step will get skipped.

Vendor, Vehicle and Driver Tabs in the FSM Registry

New UI for Vendor, Vehicle, Driver tab.

Admin can create, edit and delete any vendor, vehicle or driver.

Admin can assign any multiple vehicle or driver to any vendor.

Admin can enable or disable or enable any vendor, vehicle or driver.
