The following are a The Data Table below contains an indicative list of services that are used and details required to configure the building plan approval module which has been described in the table below.

Steps to fill data
Identify the “Service Name” that exists at a ULB/ State level.
Priorly, there are certain Service Names already defined as the master (Reference of Data Definitions by previous implementations).
In case any new Services are identified, add the same.
Assignor Collect an Alphanumeric “Service Code” that exists are a ULB/ State Level.
The plan required for service - Use Yes or No
Is Occupational Certificate Required to be configured - Use Yes or No
What is the validity of this service (In Years) - Numeric value.
What is the renewal Validity of the service (in Years) - can be 1 or 2 or 3 years depends upon the stateDownload the data template attached to this page.
Refer to the ‘Data Definition’ section of this document to understand the headers in the template sheet, their data type, size, and definitions.
Reach out the person who shared the template for further details or to clear your doubts. Identify if the State/ULB has a provision for capturing pipe size for connections.
Identify the services provided by DIGIT OBPAS system and enter then into the template with other configurable parameters given in the template.
