Introduction
The List list of Services services in the OBPS module refers to the various types of services offered to citizens or end-users. The Data Table below contains an indicative list of services and details required to configure the building plan approval module.

Steps to fill data
Enter the applicable Service Name (In English) that exists at the State/ULB level. The system offers some services by default. Add new services, as required, to the list of services.
Enter the Service Name (In Local Language) for the listed service.
Enter a unique Service Code for the listed service.
Select Yes if Building Plan is required for the listed service. Else select No.
Select Yes if Occupancy Certificate is applicable for the listed service. Else select No.
Select the applicable number from the dropdown list to define the Plan Validity for this Service (In Years).
Select the applicable number from the dropdown list to define the Renewal Validity of the Service (In Years)Download the data template attached to this page.
Refer to the ‘Data Definition’ section of this document to understand the headers in the template sheet, their data type, size, and definitions.
Reach out the person who shared the template for further details or to clear your doubts. Identify if the State/ULB has a provision for capturing pipe size for connections.
Identify the services provided by DIGIT OBPAS system and enter then into the template with other configurable parameters given in the template.
Go through the checklist to verify the data. Make sure that each and every point mentioned in the checklist is covered.
