Introduction

The Service Subcategories can be defined as the second level of services like Revenue & Grant related services which provide the description of the relative miscellaneous services existing at the ULB level.

Once the Service Categories are defined, the next task is to define :

• “Service Subcategories”.

• Map “Service Categories” & “Service Subcategories”

The agenda of gathering this data to provide the mapping master of service categories and subcategories, which will be configured in the mCollect application.

• Sr.No: Defines the serial no of the line item.

• Service Category: The type of category which is to be mapped with the relevant service subcategory.

• Service Subcategory (English): Nomenclature of “Service Sub-category” in English.

• Service Subcategory (Local Language): Nomenclature of “Service Sub-category” in Local Language.

• Service Subcategory Code: Unique Identifier for “Service SubCategory”.

Steps to Fill Data

• Identify the “Service Subcategories” that exists at a ULB level.

• Collect the above information and feed it below the “Service Subcategory ” column accordingly. The Description of Service Subcategory must be provided as per the language specified in the respective column.

• Once filled, input the relevant “Service Category” against the above fields so as to provide the mapping between service categories & subcategories. Input language for the service category must be English only.

Validations

• All the fields with * sign are mandatory to be filled in. Without this information, the system configurations cannot be executed.

• A “single entry” should be made against the respective column. In Case of multiple entries, continuation must be followed.

• The “Service Category” must be picked up from the pre-defined service category list and must be provided in English only.

• The “Service Subcategory” must be provided in required language as mentioned against the respective column.

• The “Service Subcategory Code” must be provided against the respective column.

• In this particular tab, the “Service Category” must only be provided in English only.
