Introduction

This document will give an insight into the different departments prevalent in the state. The below table is for the state which has 4 departments namely accounts, public health and sanitization, revenue, and town planning.

This department is used to define the designation sin the HRMS Module.

Procedure

  1. Excel template has to be shared with the state team

  2. State team will fill up the relevant department name in English and Hindi and will share with the configuration team

Data Definition

Department Name - The name of the various departments working in the ULB in English

Department Name in Hindi - The name of the various departments working in the ulb in Hindi

Steps to Fill Data

Fill the data in the excel department wise alphabetically.
