Properties can be classified into various categories on the basis of there usage.Below is the mentioned data table which gives a reference of classification as well:

Data Definition
Below is the definition of the data table that is being defined in the template for gathering of data:
Usage Category Major Code: This is unique identifier being assigned to every major category.
Usage Category Major Description (English): This is the description of the major category in English Language.
Usage Category Major Description (Hindi): This is the description of the major category in the Local Language.
Steps to Fill Data
Gather all the variety of uses a property is used for.
Get the major classifications for the usage.
Get the codes available for the categories, if not available then abbreviate the descriptions.
Start filling the template with the code and a brief description would always be helpful.
Validations
Usage category Major Code should be unique for every category.
The datatype for the codes is to be Alphanumeric i.e the codes must begin with an alphabet.
