Introduction

All the Building plan approval Schemes and sub-schemes which are for the benefits of the citizens need to be available in the system. Therefore, town planning schemes template needs to be filled.

Procedure

Data Definition

Field(s) Description :

  1. Sr.No.: Defines the serial no of the line item.

  2. BPA Scheme: Name of the schemes available at a ULB/state level. This needs to be provided and uploaded into the system so that the same can be applied immediately while processing the permit.

  3. Occupancy Type: Name provided for occupancy type which is used to configure in the OBPAS module.

Steps to fill data

  1. Identify the “Schemes” that exists at a ULB/ State level.

  2. Collect the above information and feed it in the “BPA Scheme” column accordingly.

  3. Add the “Occupancy Type” respectively against the identified BPA Scheme(s).

Validations

  1. All the fields with * sign are mandatory to be filled in. Without this information, the system configurations cannot be executed.

  2. A “single entry” should be made against the respective column. In the case of multiple entries, continuation must be followed.
