Introduction

Building Sub Occupancy details refer to sub-categorization of primary occupancy types. For instance, residential buildings can be further classified as apartments or old age homes depending on the specific usage of the buildings. Refer to the National Bye-Laws to view the prescribed list of sub-occupancy types.

Steps to fill data

  1. Enter a Sub Occupancy Code.

  2. Enter the relevant Sub Occupancy Name.

  3. Select the relevant Occupancy Code. This will map the Sub Occupancy type to the selected Occupancy type.
