Release Summary
mGramseva with payGov feature release has got enhancements with a few functional changes Functional:
Added payGov payment service integration with mGramseva.
whenever a bulk demand will be generated from mGramseva . it will send the Payment SMS and bill download sms to consumer of the particular tenant. Based on Configuration made on MDMS where we say if online payment is allowed for that tenant or not. If the online payment is allowed for the tenant than we will send the online payment shortening URL to the consumer to make payment.
