Sprint 1 Retrospective

Retrospective

1.  Day 2 Day ad-hoc requests from various teams slows down the sprint progress and scope.

2.  Priorities keep changing, need to fix our priorities and adhere as much as possible.

  • Automate and create Jenkins jobs to handle the deployments by the respective teams as much as possible
  • Add parallel sprint for the "Innovation & Research" based tasks 

  • Continue to spend time on innovation and advancement over the existing DevOps practise.
