Accomplishments Of The Week

  1. API contract for basic apply is done by Ghanshyam and reviewed by Abhishek. This is been shared with the development team.
  2. Effort estimation for phase 1 is worked out and is coming to Jan 7th for development complete.
  3. Static screen for apply for new construction done and the same was reviewed by Sankar.
  4. tl-services code understanding and exploring on local setup with the eGov team support progressed.
  5. Application Type, Service Type MDMS configuration done locally.
  6. BPA Service setup is done locally.
  7. Application create api is in progress

Plans For Next Week

  1. Share the contract for the remaining features in apply.
  2. Publish the re-worked timelines for development by WT team after adding more people to the team.
  3. Share the sprint plan for the first sprint.
  4. Front End following activities-
    1. Document uploads
    2. NOC Details
    3. including localization
  5. Back End following activities-
    1. Develope application /_create API with the simple flow, without any validations of master data and etc.
    2. All Master data configuration
