What went well:

  1. Collaboration with Design and Implementation team about feature prioritization/product demos/technical demos for Water and Sewerage. Following session with PMIDC. Triage meeting helped to improve the process

  2. Collaboration with Knowledge Partners

What could be improved:

  1. Team collaboration and unblocking each other

  2. Managing verbal commitment with clients and new ad-hoc requests:

    1. Communicate how do we communicate things on the Product level. Product Managers to educate partners so that they can do integrations on their side and no requests to be handled by eGov.

    2. Rolling out ERP versions led State to have wrong expectations for DIGIT

  3. Planning work in advance to avoid taking random approaches
