DIGIT BPA Apply V1.0 release provides the following functionalities

Ability to get apply for a building permit application by a registered stakeholder online.
Make application and sanction fee payment online
Ability to provide a role-based approval by ULB employees
Ability to generate building permit order online

Product Name	Key Feature	Description
eDCR Service	Search based on citizen	My Application to show all the eDCR scrutiny done by this stakeholder
BPA Apply	Create a building permit application by the registered stakeholder	This allows the registered stakeholders to apply for a building permit using the scrutinized drawing which is of status Accepted. Application will have data from the eDCR output NOC document attachment allowed Generic documents required for the application Plan diagrams can be attached
	Workflow approval for BPA application	This allows the ULB /Department to validate the permit application and approve/reject them.
	Generate Permit Online	Permit order will be generated from the system on the final approval of the permit application. It will be shared with the applicant and they can access it from the mseva portal.

Roles	Description
BPA_Verifier	Employees with this role can do - Document verification, Field Inspection and NOC verification
BPA_Approver	Employees with this role can give final approval for the building permit application
