6	All examples are indicative, they should be replaced with actual information
7	Follow a uniform visual logic in using call outs or annotating screenshots
8	Standard elements like Cover Page, Copy Rights, Table Of Contents, Document Version History are not part of the template. They will be embedded during pdf/web publishing

Product Name	Key Feature	Description
BillGenie	Automatically generate a bill based on the set calendar triggers through a backend job	System will generate bills automatically for the properties in the system based on the trigger dates and financial year. Bill generation will trigger notification to the citizen with the Bill details.
BillGenie	Group Bills - Merge and Download as pdf	ULB emoloyee can group bills to merge and download based on the locality for distributing the bills to the citizens
BillGenie	Notification to the citizen	Citizen will receive notification on bill generation. It will have bill details and payment timeline for the citizen.

Roles	Description
Counter Employee	Counter employee can search bills based on the locality and merge them in a pdf to download and print for distribution to the citizens.

User Action	Description
Search	ULB employee will select the locality and other search parameters to search for the bills.
Merge & Download	ULB employee can merge and download all bills on a page for printing and distribution purpose.
View	In search results, Employee can also view individual bill details and it will open in different window to prind and download.
