Accomplishments Of The Week

eSankalan

  • Collation of all artifacts from Google drives including release notes, user manuals, learning videos, master data collected on the ground, marketing content; creation of Punjab-DIGIT implementation and upload of existing artifacts, reviews and rework - Rupam, Sita
  • End to end KT to Punjab Implementation team (Ashish, Hari, Ayush) on eSankalan along with hands-on examples on file uploads/downloads, creating of new content, maintenance activities, tagging activities, etc. - Rupam
  • Creation of eGovernments Administration space and uploaded artifacts as organizational policy documents, official communications, etc.  View the WIP page Click here - Rupam
  • Eliminated manual effort of embedding logos, constructing headers & footers in confluence pages and PDF exports by introducing a standardizing procedure. This automation reduces the content branding effort to a single click instead of multiple exports, reformats, inserts  - Mrinalika 
  • Curated Release Notes for ReleaseNotes-Miscellaneous Collection and shared the publish-ready document.  - Mrinalika
  • Reviews and rework on Universal Collections Feature List and Release Notes - Sita, Aravind
  • Created and shared a sample core service document for reference with the Platform team. Notification Service - Reference Documentation - Mrinalika, Sunita 
  • Taxonomy POC completed - Mrinalika

Marketing

  • Evaluation of 1 Graphic Designer profile - Sita
  • Volunteering offer for potential marketing lead, refused by the candidate - Sita
  • Google analytics for eGov and DIGIT site tried but is not returning any analytics - Prashant Aswal
  • KT Document created for external newsletter creation and publishing - Parth

  • Planned User Manual, Release Notes and Feature List creation for Fire NOC
