Fire NOC - Citizen - citizen has provided to options 1. Apply for the fire NOC certificate and 2. View their application.

Fire NOC - Employee - employee has an option to search any fire NOC application by providing various search criteria. Employee can also create a fire NOC application on behalf of customer.
