  • Most of the time we spent on analysis and follow up with team to understand the functionality, status of endpoints etc. Due to that we were unable to pick up Phase 2 planned test cases.

Decide on Phase 1 milestones and services order

Reordered based on the information we are getting and proceeding with the same.

Test strategy document has mentioned 27 services with 9 Milestones.

Get sign off on POC and test cases for proceeding to Phase 1.
