We’ve moved an inch closer to our objective of achieving standardization of eGov content. In the past week, 2 new templates have been added to eSankalan Global Template pool.BPA Integration Template and Solution Approach Template help in documenting and articulating the outcome of proof of concepts, integration scenarios in a uniform and efficient manner. A dedicated space is now available on eSankalan, which serves as a one-stop help hub for End User FAQ. This space is open for eGov teams to create pages that hold information on frequently addressed end-user queries, resolutions to issues and sundry information. It is currently in the inception phase, in due course it will be fine-tuned with broad information architecture and guidelines.

A picture is worth a thousand words, and in Confluence, you can make your pictures even more valuable with image effects. You might not be a photoshop pro, but at least you can fake it with 5 beautiful effects [Taped, Instant Camera, Curl Shadow, Drop Shadow, Snapshot] to bring your images to life. Just insert your image and right-click on properties to see which effect works best.
