eGov Content Taxonomy

The Content Team is excited to share their first steps towards building an .

As the content in eSankalan compounds, tagging it with categories marked in the taxonomy helps in sieving relevant from non-relevant. It is also an effective way to build search intelligence into eSankalan. This helps in developing robust multi-dimensional indexes using the inbuilt, platform macros.

Tagging in eSankalan can be done by adding ‘Labels’ to the page. View the Tips & Tricks section to know how to add Labels. For any questions on ‘Labels’ for your eSankalan content, get in touch with the Content team.

Add a Label to a Page

1. While viewing a page or blog, choose the

edit icon beside the list of labels or press L on your keyboard.
2. You can also do this while creating or editing a page, by choosing the

label icon at the top of the page.
