Introduction
No objection certificates (NOC) are the certificated or permissions accrued from the bodies like Airport authority, monument authority, etc before any construction activities actually take place.
To acquire a building permit, an applicant needs to acquire NOC for the authorities. All the NOCs as per the ULB/State level is been described here.

Data Definition
Field(s) Description :
Sr.No.: Defines the serial no of the line item.
Department: Name of the department from where a NOC needs to be acquired. This needs to be provided and uploaded into the system.
Application Type: For the type of application for which a NOC is required, the details to be filled. Please see the above sample data table for reference.
SLA: Timelines required (if any) for the NOC to be acquired, this information needs to be updated under this section.
Steps to fill data
Identify the “Departments from which NOC are required” that exists at a ULB/ State level.
Priory, there are certain NOC requirements which are already mentioned in the national bye-law (http://mohua.gov.in/upload/uploadfiles/files/Chap-4.pdf)
Collect the above information and feed it below the “Department” column accordingly.
Add the “Application type” respectively against the identified Department(s).
Fill up the SLA if any under the “SLA” column.
Validations
All the fields with * sign are mandatory to be filled in. Without this information, the system configurations cannot be executed.
A “single entry” should be made against the respective column. In the case of multiple entries, continuation must be followed.
The SLA should be in Number of days as per the standard of the state.
