Universal Collections provides the capability to consolidate miscellaneous payments made by the Citizen to the ULB. It helps in eliminating the paper-based process of issuing manual receipts to capture payments like Advertisement Taxes, Parking Charges, etc. It also helps in streamlining the EoD collection process in a ULB by digitizing all payment streams. |

Capture Universal Collection

| Employee wants to capture payments made to the ULB by the citizen. He will click on the “New Collection” button and will land on the payment capturing page. The employee will fill out all the service details and make the payment. |
Notification

| Once payment is captured in the system, It will trigger a notification to the citizen with all the payment details and a receipt download link. |
Receipt Download Link

| Citizen will get the URL to download receipt on completing the payment. It will open our portal/App and citizen will log in using OTP. Once citizen logs in, He will directly land on the downloadable receipt PDF. |
