Ownership is the state or fact of exclusive rights and control over property, which may be any asset, including an object, land or real estate, or intellectual property. Ownership involves multiple rights, collectively referred to as title, which may be separated and held by different parties. Further the ownership can be categories based the nature and count of the parties property is owned by e.g Property owned by an individual who is the resident of city, by an institution etc.

Below is the description of the columns present in the data table:

  1. Ownership Type Category Code: This is the code of the ownership category that we are trying to describe.

  2. Ownership Type DescriptionCategory (In English): This is the description name of the Code ownership category in English language.

  3. Ownership Type DescriptionCategory (In Native Local Language): This is the description name of the Code ownership category in the native local language.

Steps to fill Data

  1. Firstly Identify all the categories of the ownership present in the state.

  2. After which identify the codes of all the categories, if not present then form an abbreviated version of the code.

  3. Start filling the template with the codes in second column, its English description name in 3rd and Hindi description name in 4th.

Validations

  1. No category can be left without a code.

  2. Make that the ownership type code should be unique and it should be generally an abbreviation of the description.
