Release Summary
FSM v1.3 is a release related to Statewide rollout which comprises of the following functionality
Advance payment functionality feature for the citizens and the ULBs
Zero-Pricing payment functionality feature for the citizens and the ULBs
Addition, modification, deletion and disabling of Vendor, Vehicle and Driver Tabs in the FSM registryRegistry
