Release Summary
FSM v1.3 is a release related to Statewide rollout which comprises of the following functionality
Advance payment functionality for the citizens and the ULBs
Zero Pricing payment functionality for the citizens and the ULBs
Addition, modification, deletion and disabling of Vendor, Vehicle and Driver in the FSM registry
New Feature Additions

Introduce new workflow in the system for advance balance:

2 | Zero-Pricing feature for the citizens and the ULBs | ULB can opt for zero-price application based on some criteria(like slum, property, sub-property, capacity etc.) which is configurable in MDMS & billing_slab table. |

In case of zero-pricing, no demand will be generated and collection step will get skipped. | ||
