The Miscellaneous Collection module digitizes all non-tax payments made by citizens to the ULB.

It helps in eliminating

The search results show details of the payment made and include a link to download the receipt. This helps the ULB employees provide better service and build a connect with citizens.

Employee wants to capture payments made to the ULB by the citizen. He will click on the “New Collection” button and will land on the payment capturing page. The employee will fill out all the service details and make the payment.

Citizens are notified by SMS after the payment is made. The SMS notification contains payment details and a link to download the receipt.

Once payment is captured in the system, It will trigger a notification to the citizen with all the payment details and a receipt download link.

This feature helps to download the receipt once payment is made to the ULB. The citizen can click on the link and login to the portal to download the receipt.

ULB employees can download and print receipts in PDF format, from the link included in the search results.

ULB administrators can generate and view reports on collections received across different services and time periods. The reports enable them to understand shortfall, take decisions on possible revenue channels, streamline collection processes and plan collection drives.
