Introduction
Trade License Applications do require some documents to be attached as a proof to get a license issued.
A set of documents could be id proof, Registration certificate, Electricity Bill, Residence proof etc.
The number and the documents required could vary across the state, ULB and even depend on trade types which is totally configurable in the DIGIT system.
Data Table
The set of documents have to be configured separately for new as well as renewal type of licenses.
Below are the required columns which are required for the configuration of documents:
Tenant ID: The ULB for which the data is being collected.
Trade code: The Trade subtype code for which the documents are being defined.
Trade Subtype Name : Name of the Trade subtype .
Application Type : This has to be new / renewal depending upon the ULB.
Document 1 : First document which is requried.
Document 2 : Second Document which is requried.
*This no of documents can be increased depending upon the ULB /states requirement.
