Procedure
Step 1 - Download the template
Step 2 - Share via email or Share it in a pen drive to EO or City Manager
Step 3 - Please state the requirements over a call or email and explain the template to EO or City Manager
Step 4 - Please give a 10 days deadline to collate and provide the information back to eGov.
Step 5 - Please validate the data received in excel
Step 6 - Once Validated, Upload the data into the application.

Steps to fill data
Please share the attached excel with the ULB EO
Data will be filled by ULB internal team and will be validated by the ULB EO
Once validated the data will be shared by EO to eGov Team
Validations
All the fields with * sign are mandatory to be filled in. Without this information, the system configurations cannot be executed.
A “single entry” should be made against the respective column. Incase of multiple entries, continuation must be followed

Please cross-check for spelling in the filled excel received from the ULB
