Configuration Data Collection Training Approach

Why is this training needed?

The data which is required to configure the system is collected in well defined excel templates and to fill the templates the understanding of below points are needed which form the basis of this training.

  1. Basic understanding of domain and the module data belongs to.

  2. Adequate knowledge and understanding of column’s headings and its data types.

  3. Checks and validation applicable to data to be furnished.

Does an instructor-led training needed?

It is to be determined whether instructor-led training is the best strategy for addressing the end user's needs. Considering the help material, tutorial videos and excel templates available via well organised and easy to access repository, alternatives of instructor-led training could be reading assignments, Web-based training, self-study plans, cross-training by a colleague, or even performance counseling.
