Introduction

Ownership category define the values to identify a property in terms of different sections of society. For example a property could be owned by:

1. An Individual

2. Governmental agency etc.

Data Table

Data has to be collected for all the ownership type classification in a state. Below is the data table used for that purpose with a sample values filled in:

Below is the description of the columns present in the data table:

1. Ownership Type Code: This is the code of the ownership category that we are trying to describe.

2. Ownership Type Description(In English): This is the description of the Code in English language.

3. Ownership Type Description(In Native Language): This is the description of the Code in the native language.

Steps to fill Data

1. Firstly Identify all the categories of the ownership present in the state.

2. After which identify the codes of all the categories, if not present then form an abbreviated version of the code.

3. Start filling the template with the codes in second column, its English description in 3rd and Hindi description in 4th.

Validations

1. No category can be left without a code.

2. Make that the ownership type code should be unique and it should be generally an abbreviation of the description.
