Below is the definition of the columns which are required in the template:
Road Type Code : This is the smaller abbreviation of the road type being classifieda unique code given for the classification of road types.
Description(in English): This describes the category of the road in English language.
Description(in Native language) : This describes the category of the road in the native language.
Steps to fill Data
Firstly identify all the classifications of road types which are present in the state.
Secondly get the codes for that classification, if not present form the codes with abbreviated terms.
After which start filling the template with the proper codes and description.

Road Type Code has to be unique for every category.
The columns marked with star are mandatory.
