Introduction

Roads are constructed in order to facilitate the locomotion of people from a place to another.

The roads constructed in a state are classified into certain categories which could be on the basis width, its height or the place where it is being constructed.

These road types configuration is needed for DIGIT module in order to describe the property and what are the taxes it could be attract.

Procedure

Data Definition

Below is the definition of the columns which are required in the template:

1. Road Type Code : This is the smaller abbreviation of the road type being classified.

2. Description(in English): This describes the category of the road in English language.

3. Description(in Native language) : This describes the category of the road in the native language.

Steps

1. Firstly identify all the classifications of road types which are present in the state.

2. Secondly get the codes for that classification, if not present form the codes with abbreviated terms.

3. After which start filling the template with the proper codes and description.

Validations

1. No category can be left without a code.
