Accomplishments Of The Week

  • The Ken - 15 subscriptions for 1 year delivered for the leadership team and identified team members - Sita
  • Translation activity for more than 2610 strings, consisting of 2,3-4 literals per string, initiated through Upwork, cost-saving of 13 INR per literal . View source sheet here - Sita, Prashant
  • Various DIGIT artifacts from AP team are migrated to eSankalan. These documents include SRS socument, user manuals on Asset Management, Property Tax, Water Charges etc. for Andhra Pradesh DIGIT implementation. To view the artifacts in eSankalan, Click here -  Rishi, Rupam
  • eSankalan space for Andhra Pradesh team is created along with basic TOC and has been shared to the concerned team. To view AP team space, Click here - Rupam

  1. Contact@egovernments.org queries from citizens addressed: 1 for AP, 1 for Chennai, 1 for Punjab, 1 general query to HR, 1 training workshop invite for Chennai - Sita
  2. Rohan (intern) readiness to attend to eSankalan tasks addressed - email ID creation, KT for Confluence, handover of internship certificate, closure of internship - Rupam, Sita, Shahid
  3. Content gathering for the external email newsletter - Sita
  4. Screening of 7 Marketing Lead profiles: 1 interview completed-rejected due to low verbal communication skills, 1 no-show - Sita, Shahid, Himani
  5. Screening of 2 Graphic Design profiles: 1 rejected due to lack of experience - Sita, Shahid, Himani
  6. Cleanup of 407 mail IDs with first, last name details based on cards available. Physical alphabetical sorting of cards completed- this was not done by earlier owner. The rest of the 1486 IDs are unverified as we don't have the cards - Rohan, Sita
  7. Impact film testing and availability for All Hands Meet - Sita, Tufail
