General Instructions
Sl No | Instructions |
| 1 | This template will hold release notes for a product as a page in eSankalan |
2 | Please navigate to each section and fill in the relevant information |
| 3 | Page Title will bear the name of the Release Notes Document - Release Notes for << Product Name>> |
4 | Add sections and sub-sections as required by the features of the product |
| 5 | Use the “Release Features” section if this is a major release, else use the “Enhancements” section |
| 6 | Add rows in the tables as required by the amount of information |
| 7 | All examples are indicative. Replace them with actual information |
| 8 | Follow a uniform visual logic in using call outs or annotating screenshots |
| 9 | Standard elements like Cover Page, Copyright, Table of Contents, Document Version History are not part of the template. They will be embedded at the time of pdf/web publishing |
| 10 | Sections with no information can be marked Not Applicable |
