Universal Collections provides the capability to consolidate miscellaneous payments made by the Citizen to the ULB. It helps in eliminating the paper-based process of issuing manual receipts to capture payments like Advertisement Taxes, Parking Charges, etc. It also helps in streamlining the EoD collection process in a ULB by digitizing all payment streams. |

| The citizen wants to search a receipt for a previous payment. Then, he or she will search based on parameters like Receipt No, Service Category, Mobile Number. Search results will return a receipt download link along with other details. |

Capture Universal Collection[Miscellaneous Collections]

| Employee wants to capture payments made to the ULB by the citizen. He clicks on the “New Collection” button and will land on the payment capturing page. The employee will fill out all the service details and capture the payment. |
Notifications -SMS

| Once payment is captured in the system, It will trigger an SMS notification to the citizen with all the payment details and a receipt download link. |
Receipt Download Link

| Citizen will get the URL to download receipt on completing the payment. It will open mSeva portal or App and citizen will log in using OTP. Once citizen logs in, he or she will directly land on the downloadable receipt that is in PDF format. |
| ULB Employee will get a downloadable receipt in PDF format when he or she searches for a receipt. |
