The Miscellaneous Collection module digitizes all non-tax payments made by citizens to the ULB. Key benefits of this module are:

It streamlines the EOD (End Of the Day) ULB collection process.

User Types	Functionalities
ULB Employees	This feature for the ULB employee helps collect payments on the field or at the counter for any type of services provided by the ULB. It eliminates the use of manual receipts in the ULBs and hence streamlines the EoD processes like remittances.

User Types	Functionalities
Citizen	A citizen can search for the receipt of a previous payment using parameters like Receipt No, Service Category and Mobile Number. Search results include a receipt download link along with other details.
ULB Employees	A ULB employee can search for the receipt of a previous payment using parameters like Receipt No, Service Category and Mobile Number. Search results include a receipt download link along with other details.

User Types	Functionalities
Citizen	Once the payment is collected, an SMS notification is triggered to the citizen with payment and receipt detail with a link to download the receipt.

Citizen	This feature for the citizen helps to download the receipt once payment is made to the ULB. The citizen can click on the link and login to the portal to download the receipt.
ULB Employees	The ULB employee clicks on a download link that is included in the search results to download a receipt in PDF format.

ULB Administrator	This feature for the ULB administrator helps view ULB collections for different services and time periods. These reports enable the ULB administrators in planning collection drives and streamlining collection processes.
