Overview

This release provides mobile number and alternate mobile number update feature as a data correction feature to allow citizen and ULBs to update correct mobile numbers with owner’s records.

Release Highlights

Update mobile no. feature brings changes in the usage of certain features which are mentioned below.

Citizen

  1. My Properties →  View Property Details: OTP based update in mobile number and alternate mobile no.

  2. Open Search and Pay: OTP based update in alternate mobile number after the payment of property tax.

  3. Inclusion of alternate mobile no. for below screens.

    1. Property registration

    2. Property modification

    3. Property mutation (Title Transfer)

Employee

  1. Search Property → View Property: Update mobile number and alternate mobile number with an attachment of documents.

  2. Inclusion of alternate mobile no. for below screens.

    1. Property registration

    2. Property modification

    3. Property mutation (Title Transfer)

Notifications

  1. SMS notification on update of mobile/ alternate mobile no.

  2. SMS notification on payment of tax to owner’s mobile/ alternate mobile and taxpayer’s (other than owner) mobile no.

  3. Property assessment notification to owner’s mobile/alternate mobile and taxpayer’s (other than owner) mobile no.
