Release Summary
FSM v1.3 is a release related to Statewide rollout which comprises the following functionality
Advance payment feature for the citizens and the ULBs
Zero-Pricing feature for the citizens and the ULBs
Vendor, Vehicle and Driver Tabs in the FSM Registry
Feedback Form enhancement
New Feature Additions

1 | Advance payment feature for the citizens and the ULBs | Users can make partial payments. The amount for the partial payment is configurable by the ULB. |
Introduce new workflow in the system for advance balance:

ULBs and DSO can update trips multiple times based on which demand will be generated. | ||
2 | Zero-Pricing feature for the citizens and the ULBs | ULB can opt for zero-price application based on some criteria(like slum, property, sub-property, capacity etc.) which is configurable in MDMS & billing_slab table. |
Introduce new workflow in the system for zero pricing:

In case of zero-pricing, no demand will be generated and collection step will get skipped. | ||
3 | Vendor, Vehicle and Driver Tabs in the FSM Registry | New UI for Vendor, Vehicle, Driver tab. |
Admin can create, edit and delete any vendor, vehicle or driver. | ||
Admin can assign multiple vehicle or driver to any vendor. | ||
Admin can enable or disable any vendor, vehicle or driver. |
