Background

This is feedback on Nov 15th 2019 and Jan 6th 2020 release.

For areas of improvement (Start doing), please also add how we can improve.

For what went wrong (Stop doing), please add what actions to be taken to mitigate it and avoid these mistakes in upcoming release/sprints.

For what went well (Keep doing), we should carry it further. Do add what contributed to it.

Do not restrict yourself to development. You can offer suggestions on requirements, testing, project management or anything you think affected the previous release.

  • Dev team should start explaining the scenario properly when struck somewhere. So it avoids the late delivery and in such cases valid actions will be bought in to place

 

  • Reviewing the code properly. Everytime think in a configurable process , so no code changes can be done.

  • Blaming the developers for getting more number of issues , without understanding the actual scenarios. It demotivates the team.

 

  • Branching and git Process changes. Keeping single release branch
