Roles and Responsibilities
Trainees
Be on time
Ensure that all prerequisites mentioned for training have been covered before you join the training
Ensure that your desktops / laptops are properly configured for you to optimally receive the training
Ideally ensure that power and internet connectivity is stable for the duration of the training
If you are unsure whether you should be part of the training, please confirm with your lead / eGov training orchestrator
Take notes (physical / digital) to avoid repetition on the part of trainers
Wait for the right window to ask questions rather than interrupting flow of the training. But do ensure that any questions you have been asked and if not answered atleast documented for consideration
Make sure you cover any pre-reads / assignments on time so as to save time for hands-on during the training
Trainers
Be on time
Ensure that all the material / prerequisites necessary to conduct a thorough training have been communicated in advance to trainees
Ensure that your desktops/laptops are properly configured for you to optimally give the training
Ideally ensure that power and internet connectivity is stable for the duration of the training
Ensure that any material / data which you share with trainers is not part of any sensitive / non-disclosable information
Momentarily halt while delivering training to provide an opportunity for trainees to recollect their thoughts and put forward any queries/concerns they have
Training Orchestrators
Ensure that Trainers and Trainees are aware of the training time, the topic of training, prerequisites, pre-reads / assignments etc
Ensure introductions are made before beginning the training to ensure that appropriate Trainees and Trainers are attending the training
Ensure that any open items are documented and communicated appropriately post training to relevant stakeholders
Ensure that feedback of the training is received in time, analysed and passed on to respective stakeholders
