Stakeholder needs to login into https://egov-micro-qa.egovernments.org/ with respected credentials.

  • After success of login

Stakeholder Home Screen

BPA Apply Screen

  • Clicking on the “Building Permit New Construction“ item, would launch a BPA Apply Screen. Where Stakeholder can fill up the Apply Form

    • Stakeholder is supposed to select the city under which BPA will be applied

       

    • On Selecting City ( Selected Amritsar in this case ), BPA Apply Form will come up to fill

       

    • Basic Details Tab
      Stakeholder supposed to fill form and move to next step

      • Basic Details

        • Edcr Number - Filled by Stakeholder

        • Occupancy - Auto Populated from Edcr

        • Application Type - Auto Populated from Edcr

        • Risk Type - Auto Populated from Edcr

        • Service Type - Auto Populated from Edcr

        • Application Date - Auto Populated from Edcr

        • Remarks - Filled by Stakeholder

      • Location Details

        • City - Auto Populated

        • Building Colony -Filled by Stakeholder

        • Street Name - Filled by Stakeholder

        • Mohalla - Selected by Stakeholder

        • PinCode - Filled by Stakeholder

        • Gis Cordiantes - Filled by Stakeholder

      • Details of Plot

        • Plot Area - Auto Populated from Edcr

        • Khata No - Auto populated from Edcr

        • Holding No - Filled by Stakeholder

        • Land Registration Details - Filled by Stakeholder

        section shows the EDCR Number and links to download the EDCR Diagram and EDCR Report PDF’s

      • Block wise Occupancy/Sub Occupancy and usage details

        • block wise details with option to select the Sub Occupancy type(s) at block level.

    • Owner Info
      Stakeholder supposed to fill the owner(s) details with owner Type and Owner SubType. As of system supports Individual owner Type

       

      • ownerType - As of now system support individual owner Type

      • ownerSubType- Stakeholder will be able to select Single or Multiple to enter owner info

      • Owner Information
        System allows to select existing user if owner is existing user of the system or create new one

        • Existing User
          Entering the owner Mobile number and search will help to figure out the existing user with the mobile and fill the rest of the fields.

        • New user

          • If entered mobile number does not exists in the system then Stakeholder is supposed to fill the owner Details and system creates new user in the system and send the username and password to the mobile number and email enterered

    • Documents and Noc Details
      System shows the list of documents to be attached at given state of the application and allow user to upload , For each document type user can upload multiple attachments as well. These documents include NOC Documents as well

       

    • Summary
      Stakeholder will be able to look at the summary of the application along with the application fee if applicable and submit the application for Citizen i.e Owner Approval

      If some missing data is found, Stakeholder can click on edit button on every section and modify the data.

    • Submitting the application i.e on Send to Citizen action, Application will be forwarded to the owner of the application for review. Where owner can review and approve the application for next steps or Send Back to Architect for further modification where modification comments can be added in workflow comment box.
